When should we involve you?
Ideally before drawings are complete, when budget and constructability can still shape the project. Early involvement is where we add the most value and remove the most risk.
Do you work with outside architects?
Yes. We frequently collaborate with architects, designers, and owner representatives as the build partner, and we build to protect the design intent.
Do you provide design-build?
Yes. As an architect-led practice we can carry both design and construction, or act purely as the builder alongside an outside design team. We will be explicit about the model for your project.
What project sizes are a fit?
We are best suited to substantial residential work — custom homes, major renovations, and significant additions — where careful coordination and durable execution matter.
Where do you work?
Pasadena and across greater Los Angeles, including the Westside, the hillsides, and the eastside neighborhoods. Selected Southern California projects by arrangement.
Can you help with budgeting before construction?
Yes — through pre-construction estimating, scope review, and feasibility, so the budget is understood before commitments are made.
